The Ryanair Group carried a record 20.5 million passengers in August up 8% versus 2023 with a load factor of 96% on 111,800 flights.
In the rolling 12 months to the end of August the group carried 192 million passengers.
On 19 August the Ryanair Group added the 600th aircraft to growing fleet. A Boeing 737 MAX 8-200 ‘Gamechanger’ registered EI-IKD.
In the latest Eurocontrol report published for Week 26 Aug – 01 Sep 2024 the Ryanair Group was leading operator operating an average of 3,630 flights up 11% pervious year and 38% on 2019.
The Ryanair Group is the global fifth largest operator behind American Airlines, Delta Airlines, Southwest Airlines and United Airlines.
