Emirates has reinstated its second daily service to Perth, effective 1 December, bringing the airline’s total weekly capacity to nearly 12,000 seats to and from the Western Australian capital. This addition bolsters connectivity to key destinations such as London, Dublin, Rome, and Edinburgh, enhancing options for business and leisure travellers.
The new service, operated by a Boeing 777-300ER, complements the existing Airbus A380 service. Flight EK424 departs Dubai at 09:15hrs, arriving in Perth at 00:10hrs. The return flight, EK425, leaves Perth at 06:00hrs, landing in Dubai at 13:10hrs. The Boeing 777-300ER offers 354 seats in a three-class configuration, including 8 First Class suites, 42 Business Class seats, and 304 Economy Class seats.
Emirates now operates 77 weekly flights across five Australian cities—Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide. This expanded service supports tourism growth, fosters economic activity, and strengthens trade links between Western Australia and the broader global market.
