United Airlines deployed a Boeing 777-300ER (N2135U) on the Newark to Dublin Airport route for the first time operating UAL23/33 on Friday 8 June in lieu of the usual Boeing 777-200 for operational reasons. The Boeing 777-300ER is the newest aircraft in the United fleet entering service last year.

The carrier operates a fleet of 17 Boeing 777-300ER aircraft with one aircraft outstanding from order book operating primarily on Asia routes from Newark and San Franciso hubs.
United’s 777-300ER aircraft features the new Polaris business class seat. The Boeing 777-300ER aircraft is configured with 60 seats in business class and 102 economy plus and 204 economy seats. United Airlines is the third North American operator of the Boeing 777-300ER following Air Canada and American Airlines.
United intends to extend the life of all 21 of its Boeing 767-300ER aircraft and switch some of its Boeing 757-200 capacity from Transatlantic to US domestic routes and Latin American routes. United operates 757s from Dublin to Chicago (Seasonal), Newark (second daily seasonal) and Washington Dulles.
