Finnair announced as part of its European network expansion for Summer 2024 it will increase frequency on Helsinki to Dublin route from a daily service to ten times weekly, commencing on 31 March 31, 2024, the airline will up gauge capacity from Embraer 190 to Airbus A319 aircraft, offering an additional 44 seats per flight.
Finnair Chief Commercial Officer Ole Orvér said “Our expanded frequencies to the UK and Ireland are also incredibly important to Finnair’s strategy and we know these will prove popular with customers looking to plan their long-awaited summer getaways across Finland, Europe and Asia.”
Finavia Senior Vice President responsible for route development Petri Vuori, said “The new route to Poland is a great addition to Helsinki Airport’s route selection. We are also very happy with the increased number of Finnair flights, which serve the growing number of passengers at our airports.”
