Aer Lingus Regional operated by Aer Arann has taken delivery of it’s sixth ATR72-600 as part of it’s ‘New Beginning’ Strategy as the carrier renews it’s fleet of eight new ATR72-600 aircraft.
EI-FAX ATR72-212A (600) construction number 1129 Hex code 4CAAEC named “St Finnian / Finnian” ex test registration F-WWER was delivered Toulouse to Dublin on Monday 30th December as ‘REA606P’ arriving 1850 local.
The aircraft proceeded to Hangar 6 on arrival for post-delivery work prior to entering sevice next day on 31st December, operating EIN3254/5 ( ATC Callsign REA54ED/55ED) to and from Edinburgh.
The airline has two ATR72-600s to be delivered EI-FCY, EI-FAZ.
According to website Planespotters.net F-WWER had first flight on 23rd December 2013.
