American Airlines launched its largest ever Dublin Summer Schedule on 6th May adding daily services to Charlotte (CLT), Dallas (DFW), Chicago (ORD) and Philadelphia (PHL) hubs using Boeing 777-200(ER) and Boeing 787-8 aircraft, a significant increase on pre-pandemic capacity as the airline reconfigured its long-haul fleet phasing out Airbus A330-200 and Boeing 767-300(ER)aircraft.
The seasonal routes complement the airline’s existing year-round daily service from Philadelphia (PHL).
Aer Lingus joined the Atlantic Joint Business (AJB) between American, British Airways, Iberia and Finnair last year and this summer will enable code-share connections codeshare connections on American Airlines flights from Chicago O’Hare (ORD) to Albuquerque, New Mexico, (ABQ); Nashville, Tennessee (BNA); Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW); Los Angeles (LAX); Seattle (SEA); San Francisco (SFO); San Jose, California (SJC) and Tucson, Arizona (TUS).
