Maltaese carrier Air Horizont plans to operate a series of European weekend charter flights from Zaragoza to Berlin (29th April-2nd May), Rome (6th-8th May), Porto (27th-29th May) and Dublin (3rd-5th June), utilizing its Boeing 737-400 capacity prior to aircraft re-deployment for the summer season.
The initiative was to test new packages post pandemic and to generate new experiences for locals very accustomed to visiting Spanish cities, but whom did not have time to travel to European destinations at weekends.
Air Horizont CEO Juan Luis Díez said “These flights from Friday to Sunday are a way to take advantage of weekends with attractive destinations that have never had direct sales in Zaragoza. In the time it takes to go to Salou, you go to another place like Dublin”
The Dublin charter will operate on Friday 3rd HAT1208 departs Zaragoza 15:00 arriving Dublin 16:25 and return on Sunday 5th June HAT1207 departs Dublin 17:15 arriving Zaragoza 20:40.
