Aer Lingus has re-instated Airbus A330-300 capacity on it’s Dublin to Boston route effective from 2nd May operating three times weekly on Tuesdays, Thursday’s and Sunday’s in response to growing cargo demand. On the four remaining days service is operated by Airbus A321NEO-LR aircraft.
EI-GAJ Airbus A330-302 MSN 1791 operated EIN13J departing Dublin at 1355 local.
The A330-300 has a structural payload of 42.2 tonnes with a selection of pallet configurations according to operational requirements.
Aer Lingus currently operates a daily Dublin to Boston with the second daily service and Shannon to Boston route currently suspended. The carrier plans to add a new Manchester to Boston route in 2022.
