Aer Lingus continues to maximize deployment of fleet assets utilizing 186 seat Airbus A320neo aircraft from Dublin to Lanzarote according to Flightradar24 operating on flights EIN776/7A and EIN778/9 from 23 February to 26 February. These aircraft have been specified with the latest navigation and communication avionics FANS-C 4D technology, enabling optimized aircraft trajectories and and acceptance processes and make traffic flows more fluid, ideally suited to sectors from Dublin to Canary Islands routes within its range capabilities of 3,401 nautical miles (6,300km).
The A320Neo’s 2.4-metre-tall wingtip devices are standard resulting in up to 4% reduced fuel burn over longer sectors, corresponding to an annual reduction in CO2 emissions of around 900 tonnes per aircraft.
