SunExpress, a Turkish-German airline based in Antalya, which is known as the touristic capital of Türkiye (Turkey), has grown Irish operations for Summer 2023 season, with inauguration of it’s new Dublin-Antalya route.
The carrier operates twice weekly on Tuesdays and Sundays from 28 May till 24th October using Boeing 737-800 and Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft.
The first service on Sunday 28 May (SUS532/3) was operated by TC-SPH Boeing 737-82R msn 38177. The carrier debuted its first Boeing 737 MAX 8 on the route, on Sunday 4 June operated by TC-SMB msn 63604.
The new service to Antalya will complement the existing schedule from Dublin to Izmir, which will operate from April to October 2023 with up to three weekly flights.
AVIAREPS was appointed General Sales Agent (GSA) in Ireland by SunExpress to strengthen their presence in the Irish market.
