Boeing delivered the Ryanair Group its 170th Boeing 737 MAX 8-200 ‘Gamechanger aircraft on 11 September. The aircraft bearing registration EI-IKM msn 62380 delivered to Ryanair DAC routing Boeing Field direct to Dublin.
The aircraft positioned 12 September from Dublin to London Stansted , Ryanair’s largest base as ‘Ryanair 37’ , entering commercial service immediately operating RYR7934/3 to and from Nuremberg, Germany.
Prior to delivery of EI-IKM, Boeing delivered two aircraft on 9th September , EI-IKE Boeing 737-8200 c/n 67115 Ryanair DAC number 168 and EI-IKI Boeing 737-8200 c/n 62379 Ryanair DAC number 169.
Since 1 January 2024 Boeing delivered 34 brand new aircraft Boeing 737 MAX 8-200 ‘Gamechangers’ to Ryanair Group, one delivered to Polish subsidiary Buzz and four Maltese subsidiary Malta Air and twenty nine to Dublin based Ryanair DAC. The group has a further 40 aircraft outstanding to be delivered in FY25 from its 210 aircraft order book.
Today Ryanair Group operates a fleet of over 608 aircraft, Buzz (74 aircraft), Lauda Europe (27 A320 aircraft), Malta Air (174 aircraft), Ryanair DAC (318 aircraft) and Ryanair UK (15 Boeing 737-800 aircraft).
