The Ryanair Group is increasing deploying its new Boeing 737-8200 ‘Gamechanger’ aircraft on its Irish routes from its European as the group plans to take delivery of 55 aircraft by Summer 2022 with 19 aircraft delivered to date from its 210 aircraft order book. The Max aircraft will operate for three of the four Ryanair subsidiaries—Ryanair DAC, Malta Air, and Poland-based Buzz.
The Ryanair Group MAX are increasing operating into Irish airports from London Stansted to Dublin and Shannon and Krakow based Buzz aircraft to Dublin and Shannon and Milan Bergamo based Malta Air to Dublin.
The Irish Independent reported 28th September the group will base ‘Several MAX’ aircraft in Dublin next summer.
The Boeing 737-8200 aircraft are configured with 197 economy class seats 4% more than the 737-800 with the airframe is 2.2 meters longer than the A320neo. The aircraft are configured with Boeing Sky Interior, LED lighting and larger pivoting overhead stowage bins delivering 16% lower fuel consumption per seat than the 737-800 aircraft with 5% lower operating costs than 737 MAX 8.
