Emerald Airlines, exclusive operator of Aer Lingus Regional, announced the launch of two new routes from Dublin base to Aberdeen and Southampton operating daily with ATR72-600 aircraft from the start of IATA Winter schedule on 30th October.
The carrier is joining the dots on its route network to scale, as the carrier operates an existing route from its Belfast City Airport base to Southampton.
The carrier will compete with existing Eastern Airways to Southampton and Loganair to Aberdeen routes.
Emerald Airlines Head of Commercial Ciarán Smith, said “After a very successful summer season, we are delighted to be upping our frequencies and adding new routes out of Dublin to/from Aberdeen and Southampton.
